Job Summary
Conduct private and group racquet sports instruction for adults and youth, leveraging a NTRP rating of 4.0 or equivalent to foster member passion and growth. Deliver daily classes while maintaining a positive, growth-oriented mindset and adhering to Safe Play certification standards. Engage members as individuals to create memorable interactions within a resort-like environment, sharing collective success and supporting professional development through dedicated training opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in coaching, including private and group instruction for adults and youth
- Safe Play certification or willingness to obtain it before hiring
- National recognized racquet sport certification or willingness to obtain it within three months of starting
- NTRP rating of 4.0 or equivalent with demonstrated effective coaching skills
- Growth mindset and curiosity
- Passion for coaching others, positive attitude, and enthusiasm for daily work
Desired Qualifications
- Master's degree preferred
