Job Summary
Manage the EMT delivery queue and workload to meet volume, quality, and SLA targets while supervising, coaching, and developing a team of delivery specialists and analysts. Coordinate with outsourced partners against agreed SLAs and handle client operational queries and escalations to keep accounts informed and satisfied. Uphold global EMT standards, SOPs, and statutory/regulatory compliance in every market served. Prioritize SLA attainment, team productivity, compliance outcomes, and client satisfaction. Report to a Regional Product Owner to ensure day-to-day execution aligns with regional goals.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- 6+ years in entity management / corporate secretarial or business-services operations, including team supervision
- Strong knowledge of statutory and entity-compliance processes
- Organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing workload and people
