Job Summary
Act as Entity Controller for Holding (TopCo) entities, owning month-end, quarter-end and year-end reporting to ensure financial integrity and compliance with IFRS and the Group Finance Manual. Oversee and improve accounting close processes for Holding entities, perform detailed balance sheet reviews (accruals, provisions, intercompany, equity, tax), maintain SOX controls, coordinate statutory accounts and audits, and provide clear accounting insights to senior stakeholders. Collaborate with central finance, legal and treasury on corporate activities and support planning/forecasting as needed, focusing on accuracy and consistency with actuals. Drive continuous improvement across accounting, controls and balance sheet review processes.
Required Qualifications
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
- 5+ years post-qualification experience in Entity Controlling, Financial Accounting or Audit, preferably in a multinational environment
- Strong hands-on experience in actuals reporting, balance sheet ownership and statutory accounting
- Proven track record in operating and improving SOX control environments
- Fluent English
- Experience with external auditors, tax advisors and internal control functions
- Knowledge of R2R end-to-end processes and finance systems (SAP FI, SAP FC, BI tools)
