Job Summary
Entitlements Manager for residential development: oversee entitlement activities (rezones, plats, permits), perform due diligence and feasibility, coordinate with municipalities and regulatory agencies, oversee consultants (civil engineers, planners, environmental specialists), review plans and budgets, attend public meetings and agency hearings, track milestones, and lead a team of land development Project Managers.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- At least 4 years of experience in land entitlement, planning, land development, or civil engineering
- Strong knowledge of zoning, permitting, subdivision, and municipal approval processes
- Experience managing consultants and coordinating with government agencies
- Strong communication, negotiation, and project management skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Professional planning or engineering certification is a plus
