Job Summary
Search and confirm travel reservations for clients while adhering to industry regulations such as DOT, TSA, and visa requirements. Provide consultation on client travel policies, low fares, and exchange costs. Maintain current knowledge of the travel industry and actively seek opportunities to review operational processes for improvement. This after-hours remote role requires a 4-day, 10-hour schedule with flexibility to accommodate operational needs. You will serve as the face of the company, communicating effortlessly with entertainment industry clients.
Required Qualifications
- Extensive Travel Agent experience
- Working knowledge of the travel industry, policies, procedures, and processes
- Advanced skills in GDS Sabre
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Flexibility in scheduling
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
