Job Summary
Oversee technical equipment for live shows including audio, lighting, video, and scenic effects while ensuring smooth operation and proper maintenance. Prepare workspace and facilities for daily operations, venue upkeep, and special events like Fright Fest. Perform load-in and load-out tasks and conduct maintenance to ensure all equipment functions correctly. Provide exceptional customer service by answering guest questions and following park policies. Work individually or as part of a team in all weather conditions with adequate availability for weekends, early mornings, late nights, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age
- Must be able to stand/walk for up to 6 hours at a time and as many as 14 hours a day
- Must be able to walk up to 5 miles per day over various surfaces
- Must be able to lift 50lbs consistently
- Must be able to lift and lower 25lbs above shoulder level
- Must be able to climb a stepladder up to 16ft in height
- Must have adequate availability including weekends, early mornings, late-nights, and holidays
