Entertainment Fly Operators

Job Summary
Operate and maintain the entertainment fly system, conducting pre-flight safety checks and briefings for guests while ensuring their well-being during activities. Assist with set-up and breakdown, collaborate with the team to create engaging experiences, and provide excellent customer service by promptly addressing guest concerns. Keep accurate records of all activities and maintain a clean, organized work area while adhering to company policies and safety regulations. Requires a high school diploma, two years of operating experience, physical fitness to lift 50 pounds, and a valid driver's license. First Aid and CPR certification is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of experience operating entertainment fly systems
- Strong knowledge of safety procedures and regulations related to entertainment fly activities
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Must be physically fit and able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Desired Qualifications
- First Aid and CPR certification preferred
