Job Summary
Organize and socialize with guests on planned activities while ensuring safety during social events. Maintain a publicized list of guest activities and carry out orientations. Host events showcasing special talent and immediately report any source of guest feedback in accordance with standard operating procedures. Interact with guests to enhance their vacation through various entertainment, activities, and special functions. This multi-skilled role supports Couples Resorts' commitment to superior service and inclusive vacation experiences for repeat guests.
Required Qualifications
- Be knowledgeable of Jamaica's history and heritage
- Be knowledgeable of current events locally and globally
- Have the ability to plan an event
- Have minimum five (5) CXC subjects with Ranges 1 to 3 or GCE O' Level A to C is required including English
- Be computer literate
- Be able to participate in sports or physical activities
- Have the ability to do public speaking
- Be knowledgeable of etiquette and grooming standards
- Have excellent customer service skills and the ability to relate well with persons at all levels
- Have positive work ethics and attitude
