Job Summary
Organize and conduct daily entertainment and recreational activities for guests, engage guests of all ages to participate in scheduled programs and events, assist in planning and implementing themed activities and special occasions, ensure activity areas and equipment are clean and safe, provide information on schedules and hotel facilities, monitor guest safety during activities, support children’s activities when required, assist with event setup and breakdown, promote hotel entertainment programs to enhance guest experiences, maintain records of participation and feedback, and ensure compliance with health, safety, and operational procedures. Requires excellent communication, energetic and guest-focused demeanor, ability to lead group activities, and flexibility to work weekends/evenings/public holidays; CPR/First Aid certification is an advantage.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in entertainment, recreation, guest activities, hospitality, or a related role
