Job Summary
Design, develop, test, and maintain web-based software solutions supporting mission-critical intelligence applications for NSA/CSS. Build intuitive user interfaces that enable analysts to capture, organize, and share data, while integrating front-end components with REST-based APIs and backend services. Collaborate with engineers and stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable, responsive web applications adhering to formal design processes and 508 accessibility standards. Manage the full software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, configuration management, and deployment of visually-pleasing, content-rich sites. This role requires Top-Secret/SCI clearance and eight years of web development experience.
Required Qualifications
- Top-Secret/SCI with polygraph security clearance
- Eight (8) years experience as a WD in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity
- Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university
- Four (4) years of additional WD experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree
- Experience designing, developing, testing, and maintaining web applications
- Experience developing user-accessible web interfaces using technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Experience working with modern front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue
- Experience developing applications that interface with REST-based APIs or web services
- Experience working through the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) including requirements analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment
- Experience troubleshooting and resolving software defects and performance issues
- Experience integrating new web components with existing applications and services
- Experience developing or maintaining technical documentation related to software systems
- Experience working in an Agile software development environment
- Experience using Jira and Confluence or similar collaboration and issue-tracking tools
- Experience ensuring developed software meets 508 accessibility compliance standards
