Enterprise Transformation Intern

Support the Transformation Office on high-priority initiatives spanning technology, data, product, and operations across Goosehead. Conduct research, analysis, and opportunity sizing to inform decisions. Build analyses, models, and dashboards that bring clarity to complex problems and track initiative progress and impact. Support applied AI and automation pilots end to end — preparing and exploring data, testing solutions, and documenting outcomes. Prepare executive-ready materials (decks, briefs, and summaries) for leadership and steering committee reviews. Partner cross-functionally with technology, data, product, and business teams to move initiatives forward. Own a defined project for the summer and present your findings and recommendations to senior leadership at the end of the program.
