Enterprise Transformation Associate

Job Summary
Assist in developing annual operating priorities and strategic growth plans for the Enterprise business; break down complex business challenges into defined hypotheses, analyses, alternatives, and recommendations; develop financial, scenario, and business case models to guide strategic decision-making and go-to-market considerations; convert data and analytical findings into clear recommendations for senior leadership; manage cross-functional collaboration across sales, finance, product, alliances, marketing, and operations teams; facilitate change management and adoption initiatives to ensure new priorities and methodologies are implemented in field operations; aggregate data from Salesforce, Tableau, Excel/Sheets, and internal reports to generate actionable insights; create dashboards, scorecards, and recurring reports to enhance visibility into business performance and progress of initiatives; prepare executive-level presentations, business reviews, and decision memos for leadership discussions; contribute to establishing a disciplined operating model encompassing planning, business reviews, initiative tracking, and decision-making processes; support continuous improvement of standards, governance, and working norms within the transformation office.
Required Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience in consulting, corporate strategy, business operations, finance, corporate development, investment banking, or a similarly demanding problem-solving environment
- Proficient analytical and financial modeling skills
- Strong proficiency in PowerPoint/Slides and Excel/Sheets; familiarity with Tableau and Salesforce is preferred
