Job Summary
Lead delivery across cross-functional technology initiatives by translating business requirements into clear project plans, timelines, and execution steps. Define project timelines, draft proposals, establish budgets, and maintain documentation throughout the full lifecycle while coordinating internal teams and external resources. Facilitate meetings, gather business requirements, and run status updates to ensure deadlines and deliverables are met. Assess risk, anticipate client needs, and drive issue resolution with stakeholders including IT management, architects, and platform specialists. Manage relationships across clients and internal partners while supporting onboarding, mentoring, and overall quality control.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of enterprise-level project management experience in technology, operations or financial services environments
- Experience managing 1 or more teams or groups of contributors across cross-functional initiatives
- Experience communicating with 5 or more stakeholder groups, including IT management, architects, database administrators, firewall/network teams and platform specialists
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science or a similar field of study, or equivalent experience
Desired Qualifications
- 1+ project management certification, such as PMP or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)
- Experience with 1 or more enterprise platforms, such as Salesforce or contact center technologies
- Experience supporting 2 or more concurrent projects or workstreams in a complex environment
