Enterprise Systems Manager

Job Summary
Lead the strategy and transformation of OneOcean's internal business systems estate, consolidating fragmented platforms into a single, integrated, and scalable environment. Own the full lifecycle of systems from selection to retirement, driving platform rationalisation, removal of legacy systems, and elimination of duplicate data sources. Define integration strategies to ensure end-to-end connectivity across Finance, Revenue, Customer Operations, Marketing, and IT, while managing a prioritised backlog and optimising vendor costs. Balance capability, cost, and long-term value to support operational efficiency and growth.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience managing enterprise business systems (ERP, CRM, or similar)
- Experience leading system transformation or consolidation programmes
- Track record of working across multiple business functions
- Strong understanding of system integration and data flows across
- Commercial mindset with experience managing vendors and cost
- Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
- Strong communication skills with senior stakeholders
- Experience leading teams and working with external partners
- Able to take ownership, make decisions, and drive outcomes
- Comfortable operating in a fast-changing, global environment
