Job Summary
Lead the strategy and transformation of OneOcean's internal business systems estate, consolidating fragmented landscapes into a single, integrated, and scalable platform. Own the full lifecycle of systems, from selection to retirement, while driving platform rationalisation and removal of legacy tools across Finance, Revenue, Customer Operations, Marketing, and IT. Define integration strategies to ensure end-to-end data consistency and eliminate duplicate sources of truth for customer, product, and financial data. Manage a prioritised backlog, oversee vendor negotiations, and optimise total cost of ownership through licence management and budget control.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience managing enterprise business systems (ERP, CRM, or similar)
- Experience leading system transformation or consolidation programmes
- Track record of working across multiple business functions
- Strong understanding of system integration and data flows across
- Commercial mindset with experience managing vendors and cost
- Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
- Strong communication skills with senior stakeholders
- Experience leading teams and working with external partners
- Able to take ownership, make decisions, and drive outcomes
- Comfortable operating in a fast-changing, global environment
