Job Summary
Lead the strategy, administration, optimization, and support of enterprise business systems; manage a team of analysts/administrators responsible for enterprise platforms; collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize enhancements, and implement scalable system solutions; oversee system lifecycle, governance, security, data governance, and integrations; ensure systems are secure, reliable, and aligned with business needs; drive vendor and project management, and partner with business leaders to shape long-term roadmaps. Requires a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience), 5+ years of enterprise systems experience, and 3+ years of people leadership in a hybrid role based in Minneapolis. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and stakeholder-management skills; experience with ERP/HCM/CRM ecosystems and SQL Server; familiarity with platforms like Workday, Deltek, or ServiceNow is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in information systems, computer science, or a related field
- 5+ years of relevant enterprise systems experience
- 3+ years of experience leading teams
- Hands-on experience with ERP, HCM, CRM, finance, or other enterprise application ecosystems
- Experience with SQL Server
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to communicate with project team members, regulators, and clients
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship by Barr
