Job Summary
Enterprise Systems Analyst (ESA) at Zebra leads innovation initiatives across IT and the broader organization. You will translate business and technology opportunities into actionable solutions, support proofs of concept and delivery efforts, and act as an innovation catalyst by combining business analysis with emerging technologies and modern delivery practices. The role emphasizes conducting workshops, promoting citizen development, and collaborating with stakeholders to accelerate value from AI/GenAI, RPA, document processing, computer vision, and other advanced tech. Requires a Bachelor’s degree, 8+ years of experience in enterprise system analysis, strong analytical and communication skills, and hands-on experience in an enterprise agile environment. This is a hybrid role with a minimum three days per week in designated Zebra office locations and involves identifying opportunities, creating user stories and requirements, tracking progress, and reporting outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field
- 8+ years of enterprise system analysis experience
- Strong hands-on experience in an enterprise agile environment
- In-depth working knowledge of AI/GenAI and related tools
- Hands-on experience with Power Platform tools
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional initiatives in fast-paced, high-growth environments
- Strong documentation and IT process management skills
- Ability to deliver results in a dynamic, team-oriented environment
