Job Summary
Enterprise Systems Analyst, Advisor role responsible for leadership, design, implementation, and ongoing support of Zebra's CMDM ecosystem and its Salesforce platform. Lead the CMDM agile delivery track with backlog grooming and sprint planning; provide expert Salesforce development and implementation guidance (Apex, Lightning, Flows, APIs, data model); design robust integrations between Salesforce and Oracle Commerce Cloud, Siebel, Oracle ERP Cloud, and Oracle E-Business Suite; define and govern customer master data standards (data quality, matching/deduplication, survivorship, stewardship); identify and implement AI/ML-driven solutions to automate CMDM tasks; lead requirements gathering, process mapping, and creation of functional/technical specifications; oversee testing, defects analysis, and upgrades; liaise with Salesforce and Oracle support partners; collaborate with PMO, QA, and Operations to ensure successful CMDM initiatives; and bring strong collaboration, adaptability, and problem-solving to a dynamic, global environment with hybrid work arrangements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience
- 8-10 years of professional experience
- 5+ years hands-on experience in CMDM and/or Salesforce platforms
- Proven experience managing an agile delivery track (backlog and sprint management)
- Strong hands-on Salesforce development experience (Apex, Lightning, Flows, SFDC data model)
- Experience designing and delivering integrations between Salesforce and Oracle/Siebel/ERP/EBS
- Knowledge of data governance, data quality, matching/deduplication, and stewardship
- Experience designing AI/ML-based solutions for master data processes
- Proven experience in full project lifecycles involving CMDM and/or Salesforce
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work across time zones
- Proactive, self-motivated, solutions-oriented
