Job Summary
Enterprise Support Specialist for Korean-speaking customers based in Singapore. You will diagnose sophisticated inquiries, guide large-scale workspace configurations, partner with Sales/Product/Engineering, own cases from start to resolution, act as the voice of the customer, manage high-risk escalations, identify trends for bug fixes and feature improvements, engage in pilot programs, and advocate for scalable tooling and processes. Requires 3+ years in enterprise SaaS support, experience with SAML/SSO and SCIM configurations, system administration for large end-user communities, and fluency in Korean and English. Nice-to-have: familiarity with UX/UI tools (Adobe XD, Sketch, Framer) and an interest in AI concepts. The role is based in the Singapore Hub and requires in-person onboarding; accommodations are available upon request.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in a technical SaaS support environment (enterprise level)
- Fluency in Korean and English
