Job Summary

The Sr. Staff Developer will design and develop enterprise-wide PLM Systems configurations and workflows, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical needs. Responsibilities include developing design specifications for PTC PLM modules, optimizing Windchill for efficiency, and producing design documentation. The role requires proficiency in Java, XML, SOAP/REST, and experience with Windchill APIs, including customization frameworks. Candidates must have a strong background in system/UI design, managing complex PLM IT projects, and data integration with enterprise systems.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s/BS in Information Technology, Computer Science or a STEM-related field
  • 10+ years of experience in Information Technology
  • 8 years of experience in PTC Windchill PLM architect, design, development, implementation, configuration, interfaces/API, and support
  • Proficient in PTC PLM applications including Windchill, Thingworx, Creo, CodeBeamer, SUMA
  • Experience with data integration and interfacing between PLM and other enterprise systems
  • Experience in leading and managing a diverse and global IT team
  • Strong understanding of Engineering, Suppliers, Quality, Reliability processes
