Enterprise Solutions Specialist I (Sap functional support)

Provide functional support for Jabil’s in-house Document Control Management System (JDoc) within the SAP environment, including its integration with the Cideon Conversion Engine. Ensure system stability, support end users, troubleshoot issues, and maintain seamless integration between business applications. Require experience with SAP Fiori, SAP Workflow, Document management solutions, SAP PLM, DCMS, and Cideon integration, plus ability to perform basic database queries, document incidents and root causes, and collaborate with internal users and cross-functional teams.
