Job Summary
Enterprise Solutions Manager (Finance & Business Technology) translates business strategy into end-to-end solution concepts and drives alignment through delivery to achieve measurable business outcomes. As the primary technology partner to Finance leadership, the role owns solution definition, execution alignment, and governance, bridging business vision, process design, technology strategy, architecture, compliance, and delivery planning. Responsibilities include leading discovery sessions, shaping ideas into high-level designs across process, systems, data flows, and controls; defining scope, MVP, and workstreams; coordinating Analysts, Architects, PMs, and Developers; ensuring alignment with enterprise standards, security, and SOX; delivering executive-level options and value; and embedding governance and risk considerations to reduce downstream audit effort. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, experience translating strategy into delivery approaches, strong Finance process knowledge, cross-functional leadership experience, excellent communication with technical and non-technical audiences, and SOX governance experience. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Finance, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience
- Demonstrated experience translating business strategy into end-to-end solution concepts and delivery approaches
- Strong understanding of Finance business processes and financial systems
- Experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives through scoping, solutioning, and execution alignment
- Proven ability to present to executive leadership and communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences
- Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills
- Ability to influence outcomes across teams without direct reporting authority
- Working knowledge of SOX compliance, governance, and internal controls
