Job Summary
Own the technical win in accounts; lead demos and articulate the value of Box AI across the full solution set (BoxAI, Box Web, Mobile, Shield, Relay, Sign, Governance, Canvas, Platform, etc.). Act as a technical quarterback coordinating the extended team, enable cross-functional collaboration between Sales and Product, and travel up to 50% to engage customers. Requires a 4-year degree (or equivalent) and 5+ years of pre-sales/solutions engineering experience in SaaS/AI/cloud, strong presentation skills, familiarity with APIs and modern architectures (REST, OAuth, JSON, Python, JavaScript), and comfort discussing AI concepts with technical and business audiences. Office requirement: minimum of 3 days per week in assigned office; willingness to travel for customer engagements and field events.
Required Qualifications
- 4 year degree or equivalent work experience required
- 5+ years of pre-sales, solutions engineering, or technical consulting experience within SaaS, enterprise software, AI, or cloud platforms
