Job Summary
Define and own end-to-end solution architecture for Java and Angular-based enterprise applications, designing scalable, secure, and resilient systems. Lead architecture discussions, technical design reviews, and technology evaluations while guiding microservices, APIs, and cloud-native development. Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions and establish engineering best practices for CI/CD, DevOps, and security. Mentor developers on design patterns and modern practices, ensuring compliance with governance policies and driving operational excellence through observability and performance optimization. Participate in roadmap planning and release governance within agile delivery environments.
Required Qualifications
- 6–8 years of experience in enterprise application architecture, software engineering, and technical leadership roles
- Strong expertise in Java, Angular, microservices architecture, and enterprise application development
- Hands-on experience designing scalable APIs, distributed systems, and cloud-native application architectures
- Strong understanding of event-driven architectures, integration patterns, and modern application frameworks
- Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and observability solutions
- Expertise in application scalability, resilience engineering, security best practices, and performance optimization
- Strong understanding of frontend engineering principles and responsive application design using Angular
- Experience leading architecture discussions, technical governance, and cross-functional engineering initiatives
- Excellent analytical, stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to mentor engineering teams and drive technical excellence within enterprise environments
- Experience working within agile delivery and enterprise transformation programs
