Job Summary
Senior Enterprise Service Management ServiceNow Architect responsible for implementing and optimizing ServiceNow platform modules. Lead technical analysis and end-to-end testing, capture and translate detailed business requirements into granular developer requirements, maintain requirements traceability matrix, and develop comprehensive project documentation. Collaborate with delivery, development and testing teams; facilitate requirements gathering workshops; provide training to internal teams and clients; and help resolve platform-related challenges to optimize service quality. Requires 10+ years of experience with advanced ServiceNow expertise, strong analytical and facilitation skills, and meticulous attention to detail. Fully remote role based in the United States.
