Job Summary
Install, configure, maintain, and secure enterprise-level systems and mission-critical applications, including operating systems, patches, and upgrades. Monitor, analyze, and resolve hardware, software, and networking issues to optimize operations, while performing system backups and recovery. Enforce security protocols, conduct audits, and ensure compliance with data integrity and privacy standards. Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures for server and virtual machine builds in on-prem and cloud environments. Provide Tier 2-3 IT technical support for complex operational databases, software configuration control, and system interfaces. Maintain file servers and network access to ensure seamless data flow and interoperability.
Required Qualifications
- Active Top Secret/ Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) clearance with ability to obtain a Poly clearances
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
- Bachelor's degree
- CompTIA Security+ certification
- Good interpersonal and communications skills
- US Citizenship
- Active TS/SCI with Poly clearances
