Job Summary
Develop evaluation and test plans, procedures, and reports for Government T&E activities by analyzing system requirements, acquisition plans, and concept of operations documents. Conduct data collection and analysis, coordinate with Systems Engineering and Integrated Test Teams, and manage instrumentation, sampling schemes, and security compliance. Lead Level 1 tasks, define technical direction for assigned engineers, and produce T&E Strategy, Master Plans, and readiness assessments while ensuring independence and quality assurance. Requires Top-Secret/SCI clearance, 8+ years of test engineering experience, and proficiency in AWS automation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Math, Science, Engineering, Statistics, Engineering Management, or related discipline from an accredited college or university
- Eight (8) years' experience as a TE in programs and contracts of similar scope, type and complexity
- four (4) years of additional TE experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree
- A current Top-Secret/SCI with polygraph security clearance
- Candidates cannot be sponsored or nominated for a government security clearance under this position
