Enterprise - Senior System Engineer - WBS, EMP, CCB

Analyze user requirements, concept of operations documents, and high-level system architectures to develop system requirements specifications and lead design and development activities. Guide users in formulating requirements, advise alternative approaches, and conduct feasibility studies while providing technical leadership for the integration of requirements, design, and technology. Manage system requirements and derived requirements to ensure production system compatibility with the Department of Defense Architecture Framework and Service-oriented Architecture. Contribute to the development of system engineering documentation, including System Engineering Plans, Initial Capabilities Documents, and Interface Control Documents. Coordinate the resolution of action items from Configuration Control Board meetings, design reviews, and test reviews requiring cross-discipline coordination. Derive lower-level requirements from higher-level allocations and assess risks to determine the probability of occurrence and quantified consequence of failure. Implement comprehensive SOA solutions and operational views using applicable DoDAF standards. Establish formal procedures for coordinating system integration activities and managing changes to requirements to ensure traceability and stakeholder buy-in.
