Job Summary
Manage IT system infrastructure, including day-to-day operations, monitoring, and problem resolution for client/server/storage/network devices, mobile devices, and the dispatch system. Provide Tier I and Tier 2 support for problem identification, diagnosis, and resolution, while configuring UNIX and Windows operating systems, managing Cisco routers and switches, and optimizing system capacity. Escalate status to agency management and internal customers, analyzing complex hardware and software integration issues within a Service Oriented Architecture. Requires a Top-Secret/SCI clearance, 15 years of system administration experience, and knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS.
Required Qualifications
- A current Top-Secret/SCI with polygraph security clearance
- Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university
- Fifteen (15) years of experience as a System Administrator in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity
- Five (5) years of additional System Administration experience (substitutable for a bachelor's degree)
- A polygraph within the last 5 years
