Job Summary
Design and maintain full-stack web applications using React, Angular, and Java to enable real-time data updates for national security missions. Build reusable, modular software components while optimizing backend services and evaluating architecture for performance improvements. Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements, review code, test components, and resolve defects within the software development lifecycle. Support modern development practices and sustainment efforts across the Intelligence Community. Requires Top-Secret/SCI clearance and 14 years of software engineering experience. Partial telework available.
Required Qualifications
- A current Top-Secret/SCI with polygraph security clearance
- Fourteen (14) years' experience as a SWE in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline from an accredited college or university
- Four (4) years of additional SWE experience on projects with similar software processes (substitutable for a bachelor's degree)
- Experience with all aspects of full-stack software development
- Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks such as React, Vue, or Angular
- Experience developing software using object-oriented languages such as Java and JavaScript
- Experience designing and developing modular, reusable software components
- Familiarity with Section 508 accessibility requirements
- Experience working throughout the software development lifecycle, including design, testing, deployment, and sustainment
- Partial telework availability
Desired Qualifications
- Experience developing web-based geospatial applications using tools such as Leaflet.js
- Technical leadership, team lead, or mentoring experience
- Proactive technical customer service and stakeholder engagement experience
- Experience optimizing solutions across multiple applications, teams, or technology
- Experience using CI/CD pipelines for consistent delivery
