Enterprise Security Engineer

Job Summary
Manage one of the Enterprise Information Security sub-services workstreams, including Endpoint Security, Internet Security, Data Loss Prevention, and Enterprise Application Security. Lead and collaborate on cross-functional projects covering vulnerability management, shadow IT, and data leakage prevention while enforcing security policies that balance operational needs. Innovate through Generative AI and automation by developing workflows, MCPs, and custom scripts to agentify security tasks, reducing manual overhead and improving response times. Report to the Senior Manager, Enterprise Information Security and work onsite in Petaling Jaya.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree in Information Security, Cybersecurity or a relevant field
- 2+ years of relevant working experience
- Hands-on expertise with industry-standard security tools, specifically Crowdstrike (Falcon, Spotlight), ZScaler (ZIA/ZPA), Google Workspace Native Controls, and Email Security gateways
- Proficiency in Unified Endpoint Management (UEM) platforms, including JAMF (macOS) and VMware Workspace ONE (Windows/Mobile)
- Demonstrable scripting skills (e.g., Python, Bash, or Apps Script) and GenAI (e.g. MCPs) to optimize security operations
- Strong problem-solving abilities
