Job Summary
Enterprise Sales Executive responsible for leading and driving sales to enterprise clients in the cyber/physical security and managed services space. Develops and executes strategies to achieve revenue growth targets, maps UT offerings to client requirements, and leads capture plans and bid strategies through a matrixed team. Builds and maintains relationships with commercial accounts, negotiates terms, and navigates complex procurement cycles to win business. Requires 3+ years in selling to commercial customers, a Bachelor's degree in business/marketing or related field, willingness to travel, and a proven track record of revenue growth. Includes exposure to pricing strategy formulation and strategic account development.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Industry with a focus on selling to commercial customers
- Proven track record of success in achieving revenue growth targets
- Experience in the physical security, managed services, or related industries
- Ability to travel as needed
- Proven track record of success in selling to commercial and enterprise customers and achieving sales targets
- Strong relationships within the commercial sector
- Deep understanding of the commercial procurement process
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Strategic thinker with ability to develop and execute sales strategies
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within commercial accounts
- Ability to navigate through complex procurement cycles to win business
