Job Summary
Enterprise Sales Executive role focused on driving new business with hospitals and health systems in the Central United States, selling a health IT/SaaS platform to Finance and Revenue Cycle leadership. Responsibilities include building executive relationships with CFOs and senior Finance Leaders, managing complex multi-stakeholder deals from initial outreach through close, developing account strategy and identifying decision-makers, partnering with the CRO on negotiations and contracting, maintaining executive relationships, maintaining pipeline discipline and CRM hygiene (Salesforce), and supporting customer transition and expansion opportunities. Ideal candidate has 7+ years of quota-carrying sales experience in healthcare IT or SaaS, deep understanding of the acute care Revenue Cycle, and a track record of closing net-new business in complex sales cycles, with the ability to translate solutions into financial and operational impact and to operate in an early-stage, fast-moving environment.
