Job Summary
Enterprise Sales Engineer at Boston Dynamics supports the Sales organization by translating robotics capabilities into customer value. You will guide customers on how autonomous robots and integrated sensors, software, and services fit into their workflows, develop Solution Proposals from Site Evaluations, and deliver ROI-focused demonstrations and proposals. You will collaborate with Sales, Operations, IT, and Information Security teams to address requirements, provide technical SME support, and drive value realization through industrial automation and warehouse/logistics applications. Expect to conduct in-person demonstrations, interface with multiple stakeholder groups, respond to RFIs, and help define practical paths to adopt robotic solutions while traveling up to half the time.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline preferred
- Minimum 5 years of customer-facing technical experience
- Comfort navigating the ambiguity of an early-stage product and the ability to build structure based on learnings
- Strong public speaking skills and experience presenting to audiences of mixed technical backgrounds
- Ability to accommodate 50% travel
- Experience with some variety of networking technology
- Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
- Ambulatory movement with the ability to lift 70lbs
- Valid Passport
