Job Summary

Lead the go-to-market for Tier 1 and Tier 2 financial institutions across Europe from Poland, owning pipeline to close and driving multi-million dollar, multi-year deals. Act as a strategic advisor to CROs and CCOs, align AI capabilities with regulatory priorities, and build and close pipeline through extensive travel across Europe (~70%). Collaborate with product and executive leadership to shape winning proposals and work with global teams in Asia and the US on accounts with European presence. Based in Poland with substantial travel, fluent in English and French, with experience selling into regulated financial institutions and knowledge of AML/FinTech/RegTech a plus.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years in enterprise sales
  • 3+ years closing complex enterprise-grade software or high-stakes business solutions
  • Fluent English
  • Fluent French
  • Experience selling into regulated financial institutions across multiple European markets
  • Domain knowledge in AML, FinCrime, or RegTech is a plus
