Job Summary

Enterprise Sales Director, US — Sprinto; lead the US enterprise sales motion from ground up, including outbound strategy, account prioritisation, and building a repeatable process. Close net-new enterprise logos personally in the early stage while acting as player-coach to hire, onboard, and develop a high-performing team of Enterprise Account Executives. Own a million-dollar-plus revenue target, build pipeline discipline and accurate forecasts, and collaborate with Solutions Consultants, SDRs, and Marketing to bring the right resources into deals while maintaining ownership of relationships and closes. Shape Sprinto's North America go-to-market strategy with the co-founders, represent Sprinto in the security/compliance community, and drive reference-able customer growth. Requirements include a proven history building a sales motion from scratch targeting CISO/VP Engineering/CTO buyers in technical security, GRC, or compliance-adjacent SaaS, hands-on deal leadership, and the ability to operate across geographies with familiarity in MEDDPICC, Challenger Sale, or Force Management frameworks.
