Job Summary
Enterprise Sales Director, Cloud Security at TENEX.AI leads the cloud-security go-to-market for Wiz CNAPP and cloud-native security, owning new business development and co-sell pipeline with Wiz and Google Cloud. Responsibilities include developing and managing co-sell pipeline with Wiz field teams, Google Cloud Security reps, and channel partners; engaging CISOs and cloud security leaders; leading discovery conversations tying Wiz CNAPP visibility gaps to TENEX’s AI-driven detection, investigation, and response capabilities; managing full enterprise sales cycles from prospecting through negotiation and close with deal sizes typically $300K to $1M+ ARR; collaborating with TENEX Customer Engineering and SOC leadership on technical demonstrations and proof-of-value engagements; maintaining pipeline hygiene and forecasting in Salesforce; representing TENEX at cloud-security events; and travel up to 50% to accelerate key deals.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of enterprise security sales experience
- at least 2 years focused on cloud security, CNAPP, CSPM, or related disciplines
- deep knowledge of Wiz platform components (Security Graph, CSPM, CWPP, CIEM, IaC scanning)
- experience selling into multicloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- experience selling alongside or into Wiz partner ecosystem (WIN, cloud marketplaces, MSSPs)
- quota-attainment history in enterprise technology or cybersecurity sales (e.g., $500K to $2M+ ARR deals)
- familiarity with MEDDIC/MEDDPICC/Challenger/Sandler sales methodologies
- proficiency with Salesforce and modern sales tools (Outreach, Apollo, HubSpot)
- ability to engage CISOs, CIOs, and cloud-platform owners
