Job Summary
Enterprise Account Executive selling Optimum products to enterprise clients, with responsibility for new and existing accounts, achieving monthly sales targets, managing leads, developing relationships, upgrading services, presenting core products, and maintaining accurate forecasts and CRM data. Must be capable of professional presentations, understand telecom/IT concepts, and operate with strong customer-service focus; requires college degree or relevant experience and at least 2 years of sales experience.
Required Qualifications
- College degree or relevant experience
- Minimum of 2 years prior sales experience
- Demonstrated ability to develop, manage, and close sales opportunities on a consistent basis
- Highly organized and data driven with ability to forecast sales results
- Ability to present to customers and prospects, and explain complex technical issues in layman's terms
- Solid understanding of telecommunications and information technology concepts
- Proven history of excellent customer service
- Valid driver's license, car insurance, and satisfactory driving record
