Required Qualifications

- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams of compliance specialists
- Strong commercial acumen with a track record of identifying and progressing new business opportunities
- Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder influencing skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications to support reporting and presentations
