Enterprise Risk Manager

Job Summary
Enterprise Risk Manager to lead enterprise-wide risk assessments, maintain and enhance the risk register and reporting outputs, support executive and Board materials, oversee contributions to external disclosures (AIF, Annual Report, Sustainability and Climate Reporting), develop and enhance Nutrien’s ERM framework, monitor climate risk and ESG trends, provide risk advisory on internal initiatives and ad-hoc projects, coordinate risk governance activities, and facilitate risk workshops and training. Requires strong analytical and communication skills, ability to translate ambiguity into actionable insights, and the ability to connect risks to financial performance; 8+ years of experience and a post-secondary degree in business/finance/economics with professional designation preferred.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of progressive experience in enterprise risk, finance, internal audit, or related fields
- A post-secondary degree in business, finance, economics, or similar discipline
- Professional designation such as CPA, CIA, or equivalent preferred
