Enterprise Risk Management, Vice President

Enterprise Risk Management, Vice President to provide leadership in executing Audit’s assurance coverage over Non-Financial risks. Lead risk assessments and development, scoping and execution of audits across Technology, Cyber Security, Data Management, Transaction Processing, Product, Resiliency, Third-Party, Fraud, Reporting, Human Capital, Legal and Strategic risks. Report to the Corporate Audit Managing Director for Enterprise Risk Management; support annual audit planning and staff development. Primary in-office role with some flex work opportunities in Boston, MA. Responsibilities include drafting and delivering audit deliverables, managing engagements, preparing management reports, participating in risk committees, and interacting with regulators. Requires strong knowledge of Non-Financial Risks, experience with enterprise risk programs, leadership to coach staff, and the ability to manage complex global audit programs; fluency in English and relevant regulatory expectations are valued. Education & Preferred Qualifications include 12-15 years of experience in the field and a Bachelor’s degree with advanced degrees or certifications preferred.
