Job Summary
Fraud Review Specialist in Enterprise Risk Management for a credit union. Responsibilities include receiving and processing fraud/dispute claims, reviewing system-generated fraud reports, and assisting in periodic reporting, budgeting projections, historical analysis, and forecasting trends. Maintains confidentiality of member information, supports continuous improvement, represents the credit union professionally, and performs related duties as assigned. Emphasis on accurate data handling, strong communication, and customer service within a risk-management context.
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years’ experience in banking frontline, accounting or teller operations or 1 year experience in banking fraud prevention
- Familiarization of the debit and credit fraud claims process
- Computer processing skills
- MS Excel familiarization
- Detail oriented
- Strong communication skills and excellent member service skills
- Education: High School Diploma or GED, some college
