Job Summary
Senior Manager role in Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) within PwC's Risk and Resilience team. Focuses on designing and implementing ERM frameworks, leading risk identification workshops, developing KPI dashboards, horizon scanning, scenario and strategic risk analysis, and delivering risk management training. Requires strong client-facing skills, ability to manage engagements and budgets, and experience with data analytics for ERM, governance/ GRC, and ability to innovate in risk management practices. Hybrid working arrangement with London-based client and office/home model; opportunities to develop new client propositions and lead teams.
Required Qualifications
- Strong technical enterprise risk management knowledge (7+ years)
- Experience designing and implementing ERM frameworks
- Experience leading risk identification interviews and risk assessment workshops
- Experience with data-driven KRIs, dashboards, and scenario/early-warning indicators
- Proven ability to manage client engagements and develop new opportunities
- Excellent presentation and workshop facilitation skills
- Ability to coach and develop junior team members
- Ability to work in hybrid office/client/home model
