Job Summary
Enterprise Risk Management Analyst to support the Department of State IT Governance Support Services Bureau of Consular Affairs. Responsibilities include supporting CA/CST’s Enterprise Risk Management Program, providing expertise to proactively identify, track, and mitigate risks; implementing a Risk Management Framework with risk identification, assessment, monitoring and mitigation; risk reporting and dashboards including adjudication, weighting, and escalation; root cause analyses and mitigation tracking; development of a Risk Management Plan to identify, evaluate, and categorize enterprise-level and project-related risks with mitigation strategies; monitoring risks and updating the Risk Management plan; supporting Capital Planning & Investment Control and OMB risk reporting; routinely reviewing risks and escalating as needed; assisting in developing executive Enterprise Risk presentations; developing and executing Risk Management Training; and supporting CST’s Statement of Assurance submission process through coordination on Annual Risk Assessments and process documentation.
Required Qualifications
- Active Secret Clearance
- 10 years of experience
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline
