Responsibilities include outbound/inbound client interactions for reshops, renewal reviews, and cancellation mitigation; evaluating client needs and offering tailored policy options; executing reshops across multiple carriers with accurate quoting; delivering concierge-level service while applying sales techniques; documenting interactions and outcomes; adhering to scripts, workflows, and compliance; maintaining an active state insurance license and completing required training; and collaborating with teammates to meet retention and productivity goals.
