Job Summary
Enterprise Resource Planning Specialist (ERPS) with Top Secret clearance sought by Koniag Operations Services in Charleston, SC to support maintenance and operations of facilities using IBM Maximo. Serve as the Maximo subject matter expert and primary point of contact for ERP-related matters; gather maintenance information, coordinate development of O&M business practices, and assist with Maximo user support and staff training. Ensure asset data accuracy, PM scheduling, and compliance with data standards; create PMs and routes to meet warranty and manufacturer recommendations; balance PM workload across a multi-site portfolio. Generate reports and provide data analysis to support leadership decision-making; maintain continuing education certifications related to Maximo. Required: degree in a related field, 5+ years in ERP/Maximo, 5+ years managing large PM portfolios, Maximo training certificates, annual continuing education, and ability to obtain Top Secret and MRPT clearances; strong communication and analytical skills; experience coordinating with government clients and stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field from an accredited college or university, or equivalent work experience.
- 5+ years of experience utilizing Enterprise Resource Planning systems, such as IBM Maximo, in support of Maintenance and Operations of facilities and buildings.
- 5+ years of experience managing a large preventive maintenance and repair portfolio across multi-site, multi-building, or multi-facility environments.
- Valid Maximo system training certificate.
- Annual continuing education certificates related to the Maximo system.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Top-Secret Clearance.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Moderate Risk Public Trust (MRPT) Clearance.
