Job Summary
Support logistics support activities for Army ERP systems including GCSS-Army, LMP, GFEBS, and AESIP by defining technical solutions, monitoring data quality through metrics and audits, and enforcing business processes for data integration. Perform technical analysis to assess data issue impacts, utilize qualitative and quantitative techniques to measure process effectiveness, and sustain migration efforts while preparing functional specifications and user guides. Develop briefings and reports, maintain awareness of customer trends, and present solutions addressing business problems while ensuring proper metadata creation, validation, storage, and backup recovery.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree and at least 2 years of Business Analyst experience
- Bachelor's degree and at least 4 years of Business Analyst experience
- Associate degree and at least 6 years of Business Analyst experience
- High school diploma/GED and at least 8 years of Business Analyst experience
- Background in Army logistics
- Understanding and awareness of ERP interfaces and dependencies
- Knowledge and understanding of the Logistics Enterprise transformation into an ERP-dominated environment
- Experience querying and analyzing data from various sources using tools (such as SQL, Python, PySpark, Vantage, etc.) to process large datasets in a distributed cluster
- A range of technical knowledge, including application development, project management, scheduling, etc.
- Must have an Active Secret US Government Clearance
- US Citizenship
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Vantage and/or Collibra
- Communication and presentation skills to perform stakeholder management, resolution management, and facilitate Working Groups and Integrated Product Teams (IPTs)
- Ability to articulate objectives of enterprise data quality management
- Ability to work in an ever-changing environment managing multiple tasks and projects
- Ability to participate in implementing innovative ideas, projects and business solutions
