Enterprise Relationship Manager, Customer Marketing

Enterprise Relationship Manager on the Customer Marketing team owns and grows relationships with strategic enterprise and Fortune 500 customers who can participate in advocacy, references, storytelling, events, customer executive programs, and co-marketing. You will partner with cross-functional teams to identify executive customer-program opportunities, prepare C-suite stakeholders, navigate approvals, and turn customer moments into broader advocacy and proof points. Based in San Francisco, CA with three days in office and remote work aligned to hybrid scheduling. Responsibilities include managing a prioritized portfolio of enterprise customer relationships for customer marketing and advocacy; identifying customers with strong outcomes for references, events, storytelling, and co-marketing; creating account-level advocacy plans; supporting and scaling executive customer programs; coordinating with stakeholders through advocacy, approvals, and publication processes; building repeatable processes for relationship tracking and executive programming. Requirements include 7+ years in customer marketing/advocacy/executive programs or related work with Fortune 500 or global enterprise customers; ability to engage with C-suite stakeholders and cross-functional partners; strong judgment and organizational skills; ability to influence across Sales, CS, PMM, Comms, Legal, Events, and Creative without direct authority.
