Job Summary
Enterprise Relationship Manager to cover a Mid-Atlantic territory (NC, DC, MD, VA, TN) with remote work; manage named accounts, expand executive relationships, and deliver measurable business value. Responsibilities include leading the full sales cycle (prospecting, qualification, discovery, solution mapping, proposals, negotiation, and close), building executive-level relationships with IT, HR, and digital transformation leaders, partnering with channel partners and technical teams to deliver demos/POCs/value assessments, developing strategic account plans and business cases, staying ahead of market trends in digital employee experience, and acting as a trusted advisor to position solutions that improve IT efficiency and employee experience. Qualifications call for 5+ years of enterprise software sales with a track record of quota achievement, ability to close six- and seven-figure enterprise deals, experience selling to C-level decision makers, familiarity with channel partners in the Mid-Atlantic, strong consultative sales skills, and a Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, or related field preferred. Remote flexibility with strong resources and competitive uncapped earnings potential.
