Job Summary
Commercial Account Executive leading Northeast territory (NY/NJ) for a fast-growing SaaS company in the Digital Employee Experience space. Own full sales cycle from prospecting through close across net-new and expansion accounts; build and execute precise account and territory plans; engage IT and business stakeholders from first conversation through final negotiation; partner with solution engineers, channel partners, and cloud marketplaces to accelerate velocity; deliver disciplined value-based sales cycles with strong forecasting and urgency; contribute to defining what great looks like for the Commercial segment.
Required Qualifications
- 5–10 years of full-cycle SaaS sales experience selling to IT and business decision-makers
- Consistent record of quota attainment (120%+)
- Strong hunting and pipeline creation
- Experience selling through partners and cloud marketplaces
- MEDDPICC trained or certified (bonus)
- Must live in NY or NJ and be ready to engage with customers and partners in person regularly
